This paper focuses on Pixelligent’s UV-stable, high-index nanoimprint formulation, PixNIL® SCS1, as tested on a EVG®7300 SmartNIL system by the industry-leading EV Group.  PixNIL®SCS1 produces high quality binary, blazed, and high aspect ratio gratings with unparalleled nanoparticle distribution in the structures while maintaining <2 nm surface roughness. Additionally, this formulation enables a large process window with > 24h pot life stability and results in nanocomposites that are stable under UV exposure at > 405 nm.
