Pixelligent Technologies, manufacturer of PixClear™ and leading producer of advanced materials for demanding applications in the solid-state lighting, flat panel display, and optical components and films markets, announced the addition of Craig Mintz as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Mr. Mintz will be responsible for managing all financial operations for the company.

Craig Mintz brings more than 25 years of combined experience in finance, IT, operations, and executive leadership to Pixelligent. Prior to joining Pixelligent, Mr. Mintz held various senior financial leadership positions for nearly a decade with Akzo Nobel, a $30 billion global paint and specialty chemical company. Most recently, Mr. Mintz was the CFO at BBYO, a leading not-for-profit, where he directed financial operations and drove the organization’s revenue growth from $9 million to $25 million. Mr. Mintz also held the role of CFO and Principal for Solvera Particulate Controls, where he led a successful management buyout from the parent UK firm and subsequent asset sale agreement. Prior to Solvera Particulate Controls, Mr. Mintz was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in financial systems implementations and financial process redesigns. Mr. Mintz received a B.A. degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an M.B.A. with honors from Cleveland State University.
